It was either the September air or the freedom of having a free night... maybe both, but I felt energized walking around Downtown Noblesville back in 2023. I thought to myself, "I should go see some live music". Then it dawned on me, I don't know who's playing where. I'd have to look up every venue or every artist's schedule, & hope that it's easy to find. It would be nice, I said to myself, if all that info was in one spot. That was the moment the seed was planted for what would eventually become HamCo Live, the ultimate source for live music in Hamilton County.
Launched in March of 2024 our mission was simple enough to understand, make Hamilton County the premiere destination for live music in the Midwest. We could use our online calendar, weekly email newsletter, and social media to promote our amazing local bands and bars, to our community moving us closer to accomplishing our mission while helping our fans plan their weekends. As time went on and our audience grew, we knew that in order to truly make Hamilton County a premiere destination for live music we'd have a few mountains move...
We need to support and help launch local talent. This means we need to find local bands creating great original music, help them find places to perform, perfect their craft, and build their following.
We need a signature event that we can grow into something special to attract music lovers everywhere.

So what is it? It's a bi-weekly series of 4 free concerts in Noblesville, featuring incredible all ORIGINAL music from some of central Indiana's best bands and songwriters. Celebrating our homegrown talent and helping you to enjoy the fun of discovering your next favorite artist or song. Born out of a desire to elevate original local music in Hamilton County, this series is more than just another concert—it’s a movement. Too often, our talented homegrown artists take a backseat to cover bands and tribute acts. The Homegrown Music Concert Series is here to change that, bringing authentic, fresh, and original music to the stages of our favorite venues.
Each event features three local artists performing 30-75 minute sets at various venues across the county, including bars, breweries, and community spaces. The initiative aims to nurture a local music ecosystem, providing artists with a platform to build their fan base while supporting venues that believe in the power of live music.
